The rainbow candies garnered a ton of PR by shunning the actual Super Bowl, and instead staging a legit Broadway musical. The show ran “one afternoon only,” hours before the big game, and starred Michael C. Hall. The “plot” was very meta, with songs like “Advertising Ruins Everything.”

Doritos' Flamin' Hot Nacho flavor chips are so hot they induce a fever dream for Chance the Rapper, where he has a dance-off with a '90s boy band. Do you “Want It That Way?”
#3: Expensify: "2 Chainz x Adam Scott"
Nothing stops the fun like receipt tracking! Adam Scott plays the kill-joy CFO in this music video by rapper 2 Chainz. The Super Bowl spot is a quick allusion to the full 4-min long music video, which includes “receipts” that you can expense in the app for a chance to win.
