We believe creative leadership today must do more than just “read the tea leaves” of culture — it must generate the waves themselves. That’s why we welcomed Todd Triplett as our new Executive Creative Director. With a track record leading campaigns for Apple, TikTok, Beats by Dre, and IKEA, Todd has consistently transformed brands into cultural catalysts. At Movers+Shakers, he’ll help ensure our clients’ stories not only join cultural conversations but spark new ones.
Scaling Operations
For social-first creativity to have true business impact, it must be delivered with scale, agility, and rigor. As client partnerships expand globally and the demand for high-volume social content accelerates, operational excellence is the engine that powers breakthrough creative work.
That’s why we’ve added Anton Perreau as our first Chief Operating Officer. Most recently President and Managing Director at Battenhall, Anton scaled global teams and led work for marquee brands including Amazon, GoPro, and Sony. At Movers+Shakers, he’s building the operational backbone that enables our clients to pivot quickly, deliver at scale, and meet the rising expectations of their industries — all while protecting the joyful, people-first culture that defines us.

AI is no longer on the horizon — it’s here. From generative visuals to algorithmic trend detection, it’s already shaping how culture is created and consumed on social. At Movers+Shakers, we see AI not as a replacement for human creativity, but as a force multiplier: a way to accelerate ideas, expand storytelling possibilities, and help brands move faster while staying authentic.
To lead this charge, we’ve brought on Jeff MacDonald as our first Director of Innovation & Technology. Recognized by Business Insider as one of the leaders driving AI in advertising, Jeff has pioneered AI-enabled programs for brands like Adobe and Lenovo. At Movers+Shakers, he’s embedding creative technology into every facet of our work — ensuring our clients stay ahead of cultural shifts while we remain thoughtful and responsible in how AI integrates into both brand and community expectations.
