Ever thought a TikTok creator would be a part of the C-suite? Well at Nerf, it’s a real role!
We set out to find a Chief TikTok Officer for Nerf - a super fan and active TikToker who would become the face of the Nerf brand channel. Thousands of passionate fans submitted TikTok video applications.
And the press went wild for our #NerfApplication campaign, from Thrillist and the Verge, to Toybook and Forbes, with headlines saying “my inner teen is drooling” and calling it “your next, cool job.”
BRAND CHALLENGE
As a beloved brand that enables all types of fun, active experiences, Nerf was looking to make a splash as they launched their TikTok presence. They wanted someone to not only help create content for their newly launched @nerf TikTok Channel, but also help them translate their brand personality into the TikTok world.
