DO YOU ONLY DO WORK ON TIKTOK?

“What keeps me up at night is just how fast we’re growing and how to continue to grow smart and sustainably.”

“A lot of our work we do with brands is omni-channel where maybe a focal point might be on TikTok but we’re developing campaigns that live across Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube and even Facebook.”

“While we always want to be known as the best in the world at TikTok, we don’t ever want to be pigeon-holed as a TikTok agency. That’s why we do so much work outside of TikTok”

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE THE CREATIVE TEAM?

“Any given project will have 1-3, sometimes even 4 creatives working on it. One of the things that’s really exciting, that I hear from people on the team, is that they’re working across a lot of different industries and a lot of different brands at the same time”

WHAT WAS YOUR DECIDING FACTOR TO JOIN THE TEAM?

KRISTIN

“Honestly the hardest part about my job today is not being able to be in person and connect with my clients and my team.”

“The way I think about approaching diversity is that it’s about experience, it’s also about heritage, ethnicity and racial background, and it’s also about identity. And all of those things are important when we’re working with brands to tell stories that are culturally relevant”

“There was something really exciting they were building. The industry and the work they were doing was about joy and movement and fun. How could you not want to be a part of that?”
